Agilent Technologies names CSA as their strategic partner for support services in the United States.

Agilent Technologies (Santa Clara, CA) has named CSA Inc (St. Louis, MO) as their strategic partner for support services in the United States. CSA has worked with Agilent for over 11 years providing support programs for Field Service, Bench Repair, and Workload Administration. Agilent and CSA will work together to develop new strategies for product support to reduce costs and deliver higher levels of customer satisfaction.

Agilent Technologies and CSA develop new strategy to support legacy products.

Agilent Technologies (Santa Clara, CA) and CSA Inc (St. Louis, MO) are working together to develop new programs to support Agilent Legacy products such as the 5890 Gas Chromatograph and 7673 Auto Sampler. Agilent’s End of Support programs will be changed to the new Migration of Support Program in which Agilent will transition parts, training, and equipment to CSA. CSA will provide support agreements in conjunction with Agilent along with parts and refurbishment services.

CSA and Horizon Instrument Group (HIG) develops new product strategy to attach a new Agilent Auto Sampler to Legacy 5890 GC System.

CSA Inc (St. Louis, MO) and Horizon Instrument Group (Baton Rouge, LA) have developed a new support strategy for Agilent Legacy 5890 GC products. CSA and Horizon have joined together to market and sell a device that will allow 5890 GC customers to attach a new Agilent 7973 Auto Sampler. CSA will allow customers continual support of their 5890 GC until they are able to migrate to newer technologies. This allows the customer to make a minimal investment now and migrate that investment to new devices in the future.
