How do I get free shipping?

Orders totaling $1,000.00 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping in the United States. Standard shipping is FedEx Ground with an approximate 2-3 business day delivery window. Choosing a shipping method other than the default shipping through FedEx will result in a shipping charger being applied to your order.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders placed before 3PM Mountain Time will usually ship the same day and can be expected to arrive on time, based on your shipping method. Orders placed after 3PM Mountain Time will ship the following business day.

What does "refurbished" mean?

To increase the longevity of 5890 Legacy Support Program we will attempt to repair formerly defective parts. We troubleshoot, repair, and fully test parts extensively before qualifying them as a "refurbished" part. A refurbished part can be expected to perform as well as a new part, it comes with the same 90 day warranty as a new part, and has the added benefit of costing less than a new part.
