Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Customer Service Associates, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Customer Service Associates, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Customer Service Associates, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Customer Service Associates, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Customer Service Associates, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Return Policy and Limited Guarantee Against Defects
Every product you buy from Customer Service Associates, Inc. has a warranty. Please check the individual product description for length of warranty and what is covered. If no warranty is listed then Customer Service Associates, Inc. 30 day limited warranty against defects will apply. Customer Service Associates, Inc. 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacture or Customer Service Associates, Inc.. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture. Customer Service Associates, Inc. will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufactures. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call 1-877-386-4404. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 60 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Customer Service Associates, Inc. or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Customer Service Associates, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Defective Exchange Policy
The sale of certain items requires a defective item to be returned to avoid additional charges. These items are identified in the “Additional Information” section of the item view web page. Should a defective item not be returned, the purchaser is liable for an additional 30% “Non Return of Defective Exchange Item Fee”. CSA will provide a return shipper, for the defective item, when the exchange part is shipped to the purchaser. The Defective Exchange Item should be returned 10 business days from date of receipt of the purchased item to avoid this fee.
